Test transfer to unseen questions

Use a timed exam when you need mixed, unseen questions without a topic label. Use a workbook when you can name the topic that is causing errors. The questions and full worked solutions in these PDFs are original ActuaryProof material.

Mixed practice

Three 30-question Exam P practice exams

Each exam is designed for a 180-minute attempt and keeps the full worked solutions after the question section.

Focused repair

Three 30-problem topic workbooks

Choose General, Univariate, or Multivariate Probability after your error log identifies a repeatable gap.

How to use Exam P practice problems

  1. Attempt before reading

Record the model, support, requested quantity, answer, and time. Do not use the solution as a prompt.

  2. Classify the first error

Separate recognition, setup, algebra, arithmetic, and pacing. The first incorrect decision tells you whether mixed practice or a topic workbook is the better next step.

  3. Retest with a different problem

A corrected solution is not yet evidence of transfer. Return to the same topic later with unfamiliar wording and parameters.

Work through an Exam P practice-exam reviewwith a counting example, an error-log table and a plan for correct guesses and slow answers.

These materials do not predict or guarantee an exam result. Check theExam P study guide for prerequisites and topic order, and use thefree formula sheet for recall.
