Report a correction

A verification gate reduces error; it does not make correction impossible. If you find a suspected mathematical, answer-choice, distractor, calculator, rendering, or product-file problem, send the exact reference and enough calculation detail to reproduce it.

Email contact@fermion.company with “Correction” and the exam reference in the subject line. Do not paste the official problem wording; the exam and sample-question number are enough to identify the source.

A useful report

What to include

A compact reproducible report is more useful than a general statement that an answer looks wrong.

  1. Identify the location

Give the exam, sample-question number, page URL, and—if applicable—the product title and PDF page number.

  2. Name the affected claim

Point to the Setup, Model, Compute, Answer, wrong-choice note, variant, BA II Plus sequence, verification value, or rendered formula at issue.

  3. Show the conflicting calculation

Include the equation, convention, numerical value, or calculator state that produces a different result. Avoid including sensitive payment information or protected official text.

Review process

How a report is evaluated

A correction is checked the same way as the original solution.

  • Reproduce the claim

The reported step is checked against its stored computation, assumptions, official answer letter, and relevant independent check.

  • Correct the shared record

A confirmed issue is fixed in the verified source record so the web explanation and compiled product do not diverge.

  • Rerun publication checks

Schema, calculation, answer-letter, variant, math-rendering, and source-text rights checks run again before the corrected output is eligible to publish.

  • Withhold unresolved work

If the calculation and official key cannot be reconciled, the record is not kept public as a verified solution while the disagreement remains unresolved.

Web and PDF updates

One correction source

The latest corrected public page becomes the canonical web explanation. Paid products are compiled from the same verified data, and a purchaser can use the purchase email on the redownload page to request the current delivered file.

Delivery or material mismatch

Use the purchase policy when the file itself fails

A mathematical or typographical report follows this correction process. If a paid file cannot be delivered or opened, or materially differs from the product page, contact support within 14 days under the refund policy.
