Independent study material
Using the service means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not purchase or use a gated download.
ActuaryProof is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Society of Actuaries. 'SOA' and exam names are used solely to identify the exams for which these study materials are relevant. All solutions and variant problems are original works.
Official question wording is withheld while permission has not been granted. References identify the exam and official sample-question number so that readers can use the independently written explanation beside the official source. Users are responsible for obtaining current official syllabi, questions, rules, and scheduling information from the relevant official source.
Permitted use
A personal study license
Buying a product gives the purchaser a limited right to use that copy; it does not transfer the underlying copyright.
Free pages and formula sheets
You may read the public library and use a downloaded formula sheet for your own study. You may link to public pages using their permanent URLs.
Paid PDFs
A completed purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable right to use the delivered PDF for individual study. The purchaser email is stamped into the file.
No redistribution or resale
You may not upload, mirror, publicly post, resell, sublicense, or distribute a paid PDF or remove its buyer identification. You may not present ActuaryProof content as official material.
Payment and tax
One-time digital purchases
Available products and their current USD prices are stated on the relevant sales page. Checkout is handled by Stripe, with automatic tax enabled. A product is not a recurring subscription unless a future sales page expressly says otherwise; the currently listed manuals are one-time purchases.
After confirmed payment, the delivery service provides a time-limited link to a buyer-stamped file. The same purchase email can request a fresh secure link later without an account.
Corrections and refunds
Defined remedies for digital delivery
Suspected content errors should be reported through thecorrection process. For a paid file that cannot be delivered or opened, or that materially differs from its sales page, contact support within 14 days under therefund policy.
Change-of-mind refunds and any particular exam result are not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Accuracy and availability
A verification standard, not a score guarantee
Mathematical work can still require correction even when it has passed a defined review process.
ActuaryProof publishes only records that clear its stated verification gate, but it does not promise that study material is error-free or suitable for every learning plan. It does not guarantee admission, eligibility, a passing score, or any other exam outcome.
Pages, product editions, and delivery routes may be corrected, replaced, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security. A record that no longer clears the publication gate is not represented as verified until the issue is resolved.
