This notice covers the ActuaryProof website, its formula-sheet delivery, digital-product Checkout and delivery, redownload lookup, and support communications.
Information handled
What the service records
The free library can be browsed without creating a profile or signing in.
Formula-sheet requests
The service stores the submitted email address, selected formula sheet, source page, consent indicator, and submission time in Cloudflare D1. The email is used for delivery and important correction notices. Submission does not create an account.
Digital purchases
Stripe Checkout processes payment and tax information. The delivery service stores the purchaser email, product identifier, Stripe Checkout session identifier, payment status, and purchase time in Cloudflare D1 so it can verify delivery and redownload requests.
Buyer-stamped files
A purchaser email is stamped into paid PDFs for personal-use identification. Product files are kept in the private source repository and returned only after purchase verification.
Redownload verification
Redownload requests use short-lived one-time challenges. Hashed email and network-address values are retained briefly for abuse prevention; an unknown submitted address is not stored in plain text by the purchase service.
Support and correction messages
We receive the email address and other information a person chooses to include when contacting support. Do not send card details or paste official problem wording into a correction report.
How information is used
Delivery, verification, and support
Information is used to provide the requested formula sheet, verify a completed purchase, produce a buyer-stamped copy, issue a fresh download link, prevent unauthorized delivery, maintain transaction records, and resolve delivery, refund, or content-correction requests.
Formula-sheet email addresses may also be used for important correction notices connected to the requested resource. They are not login credentials and do not create a user profile.
Service providers
Vercel, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Resend
Stripe provides Checkout, payment processing, and automatic tax handling. Vercel hosts the website and delivery functions, while Cloudflare provides D1 database storage. These providers process information needed to perform those services under their own terms and privacy notices.
Resend delivers one-time redownload verification messages. It receives the recipient address and message content needed for that delivery.
Card details are entered in Stripe Checkout rather than an ActuaryProof-hosted payment form. ActuaryProof retains purchase metadata needed for delivery, not a full card number.
Retention and control
Records last only as long as they remain needed
A single universal deletion date is not promised because free delivery records and completed transaction records serve different purposes.
Formula-request data is retained to support delivery and important corrections. Purchase records are retained to provide redownloads, verify payment, address support requests, and maintain necessary transaction records. Support messages may be retained while a request is being handled and as needed to document its resolution.
You may ask what information is associated with your email, request a correction, or request deletion by contactingcontact@fermion.company. A request may require verification of the email involved. Some completed-transaction or security records may need to be retained even after a deletion request.
Security and policy changes
Time-limited access, no account password
Downloads use signed links that expire. Paid redownloads require a one-time verification link sent to the purchase email. No transmission or storage system can be promised to be risk-free. Material changes to this notice will appear on this page with a revised update date.
